Shane Nathaniel was born in Toronto, Canada, on May 1, 1980. From a young age, he had an instinct for seeing patterns others missed—how systems connect, how data can shape policy, and how leadership should serve. 

His academic journey took him to the University of Twente, where he earned a degree in Geographic Information Management, followed by an MBA in International Business, Trade, and Commerce.

Shane’s career began in environmental planning and grew into high-level roles in land administration, banking, and public-sector development. Today, he is the Founder and CEO of the Visionary Business Summit, a global platform for strategic collaboration and knowledge exchange.
